Describe the pre-sales activities

• In what part of the process do the pre-sales activities for sales and distribution processing take place?

Pre-sales activities such as inquiries and quotations usually come at the start of the sales processes, before the customer sales orders are processed. Customer sales activities, for example visits or telephone calls, can also take place during the entire duration of the customer relationships, be entered into the system and be administered.

• What tasks are carried out during pre-sales activities?

Pre-Sales activities include:
• Maintaining customer contacts
• Mailing lists
• Processing customer inquiries
• Processing quotations.
