The steps on how to create an OSS notes sending to SAP are as following:

  1. Go to https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/support and enter with your username and password. If you do not have username than ask your basis team who will create one id for you than click on Help and Support tab. Click on report product errorEnter the your comany detail in system search. After search it will find your system, now click on the system.
  2. Here you enter the error you are facing hit continue
  3. Find the solution and here if you don’t find any solution than it will allow you to create the message to SAP in next step
